Purchases made in Magico Editions are subject to applicable regulations and related legislation. Purchases carried out in Magico Editions will be subject to the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) according to what established by the applicable regulation for natural or legal persons resident in Member States of the European Union and for those residing in foreign countries. All the prices shown in the information of the products traded through the Magico Editions webpage include the Value Added Tax (VAT).

When purchasing in Magico Editions, it will be necessary to provide your personal data to deal with orders. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us, and for this very reason, guaranteeing confidentiality of your personal data is our first commitment. Ideas, suggestions, and any other information that you share with us will be used exclusively to offer you a better service.  It will be understood that the order process has been accomplished under the acceptance of the general conditions described in this page.

All the purchases made in Magico Editions have a fixed shipping cost depending on the area of delivering.

Purchases will be delivered in Spain through courier (ASM, Tourline or others), with the exception of the Balearic islands, in which products will be delivered thorugh registered mail or post parcel, depending on the size of the purchase. In the other European countries (EU), items will be delivered through Correos or courier, depending on the volume of the package.

We do not deliver goods in outermost regions of the European Union (EU), as Canary islands, Madeira, Azores, French Guyana…

We suggest you to put in the application form a phone number through which we can easily contact you to manage the delivery in a better way.

The delivery term in Spain will be of 7 days maximum; anyway, it could take few more days for problems unrelated to Magico Editions, for example in case of delivery through Correos. In case of problems with the stock, we will inform you through email about the status of your order.

For deliveries in other countries, the delivery term will depend on the destination country. We will inform you by email about the term with the order confirmation.

A product will be exchanged only in case of manufacturing defect until 7 days after the receipt of the order. The item to be exchanged must be returned in its original package. To avoid misplacements, we suggest you to use courier service or to return the product through registered mail. The costs deriving from the returning of the item will be equally shared by the client and Magico Editions; that is, the client will return the product paying for its shipment and Magico Editions will send the new product paying the delivery service to the client address.
