We only accept returns of damaged or wrong products. Please send us an email at email@example.com attaching a picture of the damaged or wrong product to solve the inconvenience as soon as possible.
If you want to return an item, the term is 7 days from the reception of the request.
The returned product must be in its original package.
If you return a product that has been opened or unsealed, it will not be accepted.
To avoid misplacement we suggest you to use a courier service or to return the product through registered mail.
BE CAREFUL: the refund will cover the price paid for the product and under no circumstances other costs will be refunded. The client assumes the shipping and return costs.
